Nicolaus Copernicus Museum, Frombork
Frombork. The Nicolaus Copernicus Museum is located in the Bishop's Palace on Cathedral Hill. This is precisely where the creator of the heliocentric theory lived, died, and was buried. One of the world's most famous astronomers waited a long time for his own museum. The first exhibition devoted to Copernicus was opened only in 1912, thanks to the efforts of the Warmia-Masurian priest and historian Eugen Brachvogel.
