Blender 2.8x Add-on - Bézier Utilities
This add-on has various Bezier utility ops.

To install:
Download blenderbezierutils.py from the location above
In Blender select: File - User Preferences
Click install Add-ons tab and then Install Add-on from File
Select the downloaded file
Check the 'Bezier Utilities' option in the add-ons dialog
