ALL matchmaking warriors should know this smoke!
If you don't have a jump throw bind go to: Local Disk/Program Files (x86)/steam/userdata/(your account number)/730/local/cfg
Then make a text file named autoexec and put:
alias +jumpthrow "+jump; -attack; -attack2"
alias -jumpthrow "-jump"
bind h "+jumpthrow"
you can bind it to what ever you want it doesn't have to be h.
Then save the file as a .cfg
