I started the day meeting up with some of my former students from Body Arts Dance Studio. We worked on the shoot for my Dancing Around Guam video, and I was super happy they could be part of it. I’ve always enjoyed working with them and it was just nice to see them again!
We then made our way to Tamuning to check into our BnB at the Ocean Villa apartments/units. This BnB was perfect for me and Baby Mila, just a simple space with a bed, a couch, mini fridge, and a spacious bathroom. My sister and my mom hung out with us for a little bit before we all said goodnight, and Mila and I knocked out for the night.
The next morning, we took advantage of the easy beach access, and Baby Mila got to experience her first beach and dipping her feet in the sand and water. I loved being able to show her one of the beautiful aspects of Mommy's home :) We then had breakfast at Tu Re Cafe, located in East Agana. I had the beef tapa with eggs and garlic rice, as well as a pancake. I couldn't finish my food, even though it was so delicious! At least I was able to pack my leftovers for a second breakfast, haha!
After breakfast, we ran a few errands and then headed back to the BnB to relax and take advantage of the easy beach accessibility (yes, again). My mom came by to spend time with us, and we set up our beach chairs to watch the sunset. It was a wonderful way to end the weekend.
