A triangular prism made from a sheet of paper. A regular triangular prism has a regular triangle as its base and rectangles as its side faces.
This isn't origami. We draw a flat pattern for a triangular prism, cut it out, and glue it together to form a three-dimensional geometric shape.
Intended for: primarily middle school and high school students, as well as anyone interested in making an octahedron themselves.
Parents will also enjoy creating various geometric shapes, coloring them with their children, and using them as a teaching aid or building material for paper castles.
