Don't Unfollow more than 300 accounts on Instagram
Do not Unfollow more than 300 users within 24 hours. because by doing that too often your account will be considered compromised like mine, now Instagram suspects me of using a third-party service that will help me to get more likes and followers. which doesn't make any sense because in order to fully benefit from that service my account at least has to be a public one, not a private one. the whole purpose of a private account was to avoid strangers, the point I'm trying to make is I don't need likes or followers.
but now because I'm suspected of using that service, Instagram is forcing me to change my password, which I rather not, because I enjoy the one I'm using right now.
this all happened when I reach the maximum amount of people that you could follow on Instagram, which was 7,500 people. at the same time, I saw a motivational video suggesting unfollowing all Instagram models for self-improving reasons. therefore I started manually unfollowing each one of them. everything was fine until I received an error message after unfollowing 300 accounts
basically saying
"To protect our community we limit how often you can perform certain actions on the platform, for example, following, un-following, liking, and commenting.
it doesn't say clearly when will this restriction be lifted. but I noticed after about 24 hours or so, my account was back to normal. this kind
of back and forth continued for a week or so. until yesterday I unfollowed another 300 accounts. instead of waiting 24 hours to unfollow more. Instagram suspects my account was compromised, blocked me from logging in, and forced me to change my password. As I have mentioned previously the accusation was false and I rather not change my password because I enjoy the current one.
the outcome that I would like to receive, is for Instagram's support team or customer service whoever is in charge to see this video and help me solve this problem by unblocking me, letting me use my old password, and stop restricting me from unfollowing people that I no longer want to follow, I believe what I'm asking is rational. thank you Instagram and thank you, Mark Zuckerberg.

I support Instagram's efforts to prevent fake likes and followers but I believe the current restriction policy needs improvement. but eventually, I believe things will get better. as we point out the problem and figure out a solution.
yes, I have tried to contact the customer service phone number but didn't receive the help I needed which had me listening in for 5 minutes on how to use the website to report issues and then giving me 1 minute to describe my problems which I did not finish describing and got hung up
therefore I created this video instead.
