Configuring Fritzbox telephony for use with another router
Configure the Fritzbox for use with another router. In our case, we're setting up the Fritzbox as an IP client in our network. It will then serve only as a DECT base station for your phones and Fritz Smart Home devices. A few settings and port forwardings will need to be created for this. Otherwise, there's a chance that the phones won't ring or the callers won't be able to hear each other.
