Can You Beat FFX Doing Only What's Absolutely Mandatory!

After a little more than 1.5 years we are back with another FFX Challenge Run, this time trying to beat the game doing only what's absolutely necessary to advance.
This means:
Mandatory Battles Only (No Random Encounters at all)
No Summons
No Overdrives,
No Customize
-No Refighting Bosses for favourable drops
This was a nice change of pace to the NSG challenges you usually see otherwise and I would really like to do more FFX Challenges down the line!
