Growth Hacking Automation: LinkedIn Email Scraper
This is an Outreach automation I built for a client, super scalable allowing them to reach out to 2,500 prospects per day per LinkedIn account by extracting emails and syncing over to Lemlist.
Previously, they were limited to 150 scrapes per day per LinkedIn account so this is a 15x improvement on previous outreach capability.
On top of that, we also added in an 'automated filtering process' where you can assign specific parameters to each individual search, or apply them in bulk. This will then automatically qualify if a lead is valid or not and categorise under 'Yes or Maybe.' In the case it's a 'Maybe,' it enters the Manual Review section in Airtable and requires a human touch.
You could also add in keywords filtering (Blacklist Keywords for example) to make the filtering process even more automated.
Overall it was fun to build, I'm really enjoying working on relational databases particularly database structure/architecture at the moment. This is also a similar flow to the Notion System, where you have high-level databases with your overall goals and life aspirations, communicating with your lower-level daily tasks/habits/routines that feed back up to your goals giving you progress indicators.
I also see many use cases in day to day business, with people working across tonnes of different Google Sheets, and relational databases allow easy communication with multiple datasets which is a game-changer for most businesses that don't even realise this kind of stuff is possible, let alone how deeply you can utilise these tools.
