How to Import an After Effects Composition into Premiere Pro
Adobe Premiere Pro CC sequences can import Adobe After Effects CC compositions through the Adobe Dynamic Link. First, in Premiere Pro select File and Import. Select the After Effects Project. The Dynamic Link Sever connection should occur. When this is completed, you should be able to choose the composition you want from the After Effects file and import it directly into Premiere Pro.
