Spotlight shines the light on the dark ways of a universal church that is called the daughter of Babylon in Isaiah 47. Women symbolize churches in the Bible, and this woman is called a harlot in Revelation. The sad irony is that the head of this church has declared that he is successor of Peter, supposedly the first pope. That’s ironic because Jesus commanded Peter, “Tend my lambs” (John 21:15). Leaders of this universal church have covered up the molestations of young lambs (underage sheep of this spiritual flock) as revealed in this Oscar winner. Instead of tending the lambs, priests have betrayed and abused these tender ones, causing them to stumble through life. While Matthew 18:6 describes a horrible fate for those who offend the little ones or new ones in the faith, the principle applies to leaders who abuse young children. God warns this end time church that its shame will be exposed (Isa. 47:3) and gives this dire warning to its leaders: “You felt secure in our wickedness and said, ‘No one sees me…” But the Boston Globe uncovered your sexual sins, and God says, “Your sin will find you out” (Numb. 32:23). The spotlight has uncovered the hypocrisy of a worldwide church, whose leader will become the false prophet whom Jesus will destroy for all his falseness, including the evil cover-up of sexual abuse of the young. Our Father will not stand for those who despise His little ones (Mat. 18:10). He will forgive them of their sins, as He has done for many of the leaders of the Protestant daughters who have committed sex scandals and have been quickly exposed. Nevertheless, this great church will receive the plagues of Jesus in these last days, which is why God calls true believers out of this false system (Rev. 18:4). There are many true believers in this church. The time is coming soon when you must make a decision. Stay with her and receive her plagues. Come out of her, and you will be blessed and protected from end-time disaster. The decision is yours.
