Introducing Anthony Ratcliffe - Artist Printmaker
Artist printmaker and former lecturer Anthony Ratcliffe talks about his inspiration, techniques, and passion for landscape and wildlife.
We have hosted two of his solo shows at Kirkby Gallery, 'Shoreline and Watershed' and 'Northern Stone and Peatsmoke', and have two of Anthony's stunning woodcuts in our collection, one kindly donated by Friends of Kirkby Gallery & Prescot Museum, the other generously gifted by the artist.
Anthony has held printmaking workshops at Kirkby Gallery and will be leading streamed art sessions as he creates new commissioned work at Knowsley Safari for our partnership project, Art in the Park. Find out more https://www.prescotmuseum.org.uk/visi...
