Xenopus cleavage
at about 90-100 min after insemination, the first cleavage furrow (due to a ring of microfilaments that tightens/shortens like a purse string) begins and cuts through the cytoplasm to form two cells. The furrow moves vertically down through the zygote and cuts through the sperm binding site.
