Dining Room Makeover On A $250 Budget | Painting Furniture | Home Decor
Your home says who you are. I love my home. I spend 80% of my time at home. It's important to me to make it look nice and comfortable at all times. I don't have a regular income. So, I am on a low budget.
Most of the items that I have in my home are used items that my husband bought at a yard sale or second-hand store.
The dining room table was used. He paid $45 for it and just painted it.
The chairs were new. He purchased those from a furniture store that was going out of business. He paid $35 per chair.
The black dresser was used. He purchased it from a secound-hand store for $45 and painted it.
The candleholders were bought at Pier 1 recently. They were regular $85.00 each. We got them for $15.00 each on clearance.
It's no excuse these days not to have decent furniture. You can find a lot of nice items at secondhand stores, yard sales, even on the garbage pile. Yes, I have done that too. Your home is what you make it. 🙏🏾
