Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Tachi Gigas Demo
Tip: You don't necessarily need the full 720 in order for the Gigas to come out. It's more of a 540 motion. So full circle, then half circle. It will still take practice, but that's the workaround to keep Hugo standing and not leaving the ground during the second circle motion.
