Okay so I watched Daniel Schiffer's video " How to do the "SUPER SMOOTH" Seamless Transition! " and watched how he made some seamless transitions using some motion blur plugins made by marc webster.
Now, I am not sure what I have made is anywhere close to Marc webster but I can assure you that it is very much similar.
This is one trick which all the famous filmmakers of youtube use like JR ALLi, Benn Tk, sam kolder, peter mckinnon, matt komo etc.
