Step 1: Open google browser and search Sublime Text3.
Step 2: Click Download Sublime Text3.
Step 3: You have 4 options to download files, as per your OS click accordingly.
Step 4: Click on the downloaded file.
Step 5: Click Next on the newly appeared window.
Step 6: Click Next then click Download.
Step 7: Your File will be installed and click Finish.
Step 8: To get Sublime text go to windows and search sublime text 3.
Step 9: So now the text window will be opened.
