Python Knowledge Share: Floating Point, Unicode and Regular Expressions
A one hour Python knowledge sharing session. Delivered to Gigaclear devs on January 24th 2024.
There are two things every programmer needs to know about: floating point numbers and Unicode. We'll look at, in brief, the problem of floating point numbers (they are inexact) and then move onto Unicode and working with strings in Python.
Continuing the theme of strings we also explore handling semi-structured data with regular expressions.
