We Replaced Our RMM with Open Source. Here's What Happened
Colm Whelan has been in IT for 30 years. He's run Rockfield IT Services in Ireland since 2004, managing around 200 endpoints across 80+ clients. He tried Kaseya, Pulseway, Datto, ConnectWise. None of them gave him what he actually needed: control over his own stack. Then a DevOps guy walked in and said: try Tactical RMM. That was four years ago. He never went back.
