I moved back to my hometown and decided to go ‘all in’ on property development. I had just enough savings from selling my place, and I’ve always enjoyed DIY. Inspired by shows like 'Homes Under The Hammer' (I know it makes it look easy!) and brave YouTubers documenting their attempts, I thought I’d give it a go.
