Wallace Practice Mutes: The Studio and The Compact Practice Mute
Two very effective practice mutes are demoed here. I prefer the Studio, but it may require an extra layer of padding to fit your trumpet or cornet. I address this, and also try to show how the volume of these mutes works in an ordinary room with ordinary sound. Hope this is helpful to you. :)
