What should we do next with the Orenburg down?

After washing and drying the down, it needs to be cleaned, as after the first wash, strands and branches that we hadn't noticed before became visible.
Next, we separate the short hairs (the combs) from the main mass by plucking. Place the plucked down in a basket and wash again. This wash should be more thorough than the previous one, as the final result will depend on this. Add laundry gel for whites or detergent with oxygen bleach or 3% hydrogen peroxide to a basin of water. Add the detergent and hydrogen peroxide little by little. During the wash, remember to turn the down over as carefully as before. The water temperature remains at 36°C.
Now we begin combing. How to comb the down correctly to extract the longest fibers? Place the pre-cleaned fluff on the comb in your left hand, and hold the second comb in your right hand for combing.
Start combing from the bottom, gradually moving up the left brush. Hold the right brush at an angle of approximately 45°. Only catch the fluff and pull its edge through the teeth of the brush. Continue this process until all the fluff from the left brush has moved to the right.
Remember to catch the fluff at the bottom of the right brush, so all the fluff collects at the bottom.
To reduce static, you can moisten the fluff by spraying it with water as needed. After spraying, switch the combs and repeat the combing process.
Next, when the fluff has stretched out, you can grab it with your hand and slowly pull it off the comb. Do this WITHOUT REMOVING IT, but only pulling off the fluff that has been pulled out. There will be clumps at the edges of the plucked fluff; these need to be removed. To do this, firmly grasp the fluff and run the strand through the loose teeth of the brush. That's it, you're done! You can place the strand in the basket with the rest for further washing. Place them carefully in the same direction.
