Save your Customized Reaper with Configurations (Rapid-Fire Reaper Tutorials Ep27)
In this episode of Rapid-Fire Reaper Tutorials, I will show how to crash-proof Reaper and save your customized version of Reaper with Configurations. Customizing Reaper is wonderful, but losing all the work you put in to make Reaper look and work how you want it, with toolbars, actions, fx chains, etc. is truly a nightmare scenario!
Thankfully Reaper has the Configurations feature, which allow to save and recall all your preferences, track templates, toolbars, menu sets, and everything else you can customize, quickly and using a very lightweight file. Anything that you can customize in Reaper, which is everything, can be saved here and imported later.
You can save a version on a cloud service to keep it safe, share it with friends, or take your own settings when you go to another computer.
