The Wolverine utilizes a short stroke piston driven upper assembly that is factory tuned for suppressed and non suppressed shooting with fixed position adjustments. Unlike traditional 7.62x39 AR magazines, AKM magazines are better designed to feed the tapered casings and therefore more reliable.
