How to install ANY Vim plugin with Vim 8+ Packages
Step-by-step demonstration of how to use native Vim 8 packages - no need to use pathogen, vundle, vim-plug, etc any more.
Short Instructions::
1. Add `packloadall` to your .vimrc
2. Create a directory ~/.vim/pack/plugins/start
3. Clone the plugin repo (syntastic, sensible, etc) into the `start` folder.
