My name is David Tesch, and in 2019 I started La Ducha Fría (The Cold Shower) from scratch with no prior knowledge of creation. After more than 5 years of providing value through my videos, podcast, speaking engagements, and book, I've amassed over 1 million followers across my various platforms. In 2023, I launched my school, the School of Personal Mastery, a brotherhood where I work hand-in-hand with men who want to build, scale, and monetize their projects to make a living from them, as well as improve all areas of their lives. It's where I've been able to realize my purpose and live my passion.
