Japan's Confidence in Research roundtable
On September 5, 2022, Elsevier in collaboration with the Japanese Association for the Advancement of Science (JAAS) held a Confidence in Research roundtable. Japanese researchers met with high-level representatives from government to discuss what drives confidence in research and how researchers can be supported during the pandemic and beyond. Here are some highlights.
The roundtable, part of Elsevier’s global ‘Confidence in Research’ initiative, is one of a series of events also taking place in China, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and the US.
