Real Bathhouse Attendant Training | Steaming Practice and Techniques
We had two very productive days of training.
We worked in a small group, and I especially like this format, since we can pay close attention to each participant and go over the technique in detail.
Over these two days, we covered:
— the theory of steaming techniques
— the mechanics of movement and using a sauna whisk
— the rhythm and tempo of steaming
— the structure of the procedure
And most importantly, lots of practice in the sauna.
We practiced movements, techniques, and sensations to cement everything not only in our heads but also in our hands.
I like these kinds of seminars, where people leave not just with impressions, but with a real wealth of knowledge.
