Every month at JBA we do two challenges together, a Studio and Technical, and this month we targeted Right Hand Endurance for 4 weeks. It's up to you to put in the time, but I help to facilitate the exercises and help you set your goals, and in this is just a 10 minute "group practice session" I guide the entire community (no matter what level you're at) through a quick "bass workout video."
