I spent this week painstakingly trial-and-error'ing my way through getting a workflow for IPI Motion Capture to Blender to Unity. Here's my strategy.

UPDATE: I've later discovered Blender's 'Make Proxy' feature, which allows you to have your rig/model in one common file, and each anim in its own separate file. A bit cleaner for larger projects and source control. Check it out!
