INGREDIENTS
350g lady fingers
300ml milk
2 egg yolks
100g of sugar
1 lemon juice
50g corn starch
500ml milk
80g white chocolate
Decorations as desired
RECIPE
Cut the lady fingers in half. Dip in milk and arrange in a cake tin.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Pour into a saucepan. Add the sugar and lemon juice. Stir everything together. Stir in the cornstarch. Add the milk and stir well. Heat the mixture over a low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Add the chocolate and stir. Pour the mixture onto the lady fingers and smooth it out. Place in the fridge for 10-12 hours. Decorate as desired.
