This is a re-edited clip of the slow-motion clip by "Yi Dian Dian Bu Yi Yang" -- which did not show the slow motion as highlights. In fact, in that clip, the impact was completely ignored for discussion.

I slowed down that clip to show how the racket bent right before the impact, and how the feathers of the shuttlecock got shaken (and damaged) while the body of the shuttlecock was substantially compressed. The details of the footage also revealed how the string bed deformed like a trampoline, when hit correctly.

Posting it here because I truly believe all badminton lovers should understand how the racket, the strings, and the shuttlecock work to deliver a 400 km/h+ impact speed (the very shot measured at the net was 317 km/h, the speeds at the point of impact could only be higher, probably 420-450 km/h).
