How to Create & Send Invoice in PayPal
In this tutorial, I will show you How to Create and Send an Invoice using PayPal. You can send an invoice with a personal or business PayPal account. The invoice can be sent to an individual or a business, for payment.
In order to create an invoice via PayPal: (1) log into your account; (2) go to the Send & Request section; (3) click on Create Invoice; (4) click the Create button; (5) choose an invoice template; (6) enter the necessary invoice details; (7) preview the invoice; (8) and finally, send the invoice. Once the invoice is sent, the recipient will receive a notification and they can make the payment directly to your PayPal account.
Please note that PayPal charges a fee, if you receive the payment online, which can be up to 3.9% of the invoiced amount plus a 30 cent transaction fee. Check the PayPal website below and go to the Fees section to get the latest information.
