SLE (Lupus) is a debilitating autoimmune disease which has no cure. The body is confused and begins attacking it's own healthy tissue, thus causing the sufferer inflammation that can cause pain, damage to the tissue or even lead to death. SLE has no cure and seemingly very little medication to help the person suffering live their life productively or even comfortably.
