What do you do for a living? I'm a coach and I help people take control of their lives. I support them through acute crises or when they're simply fed up with inner resistance and fears, or with people who overstep their boundaries (because they allow it) and therefore can't live the life they'd like to.
I give workshops on topics such as overcoming fear, dissolving limiting beliefs, and building resilience. A focus of my work is personality psychology.
Do you also do therapy? No, I chose counseling and coaching because you don't have to be ill or disordered to make life incredibly difficult for yourself. It's possible to do that anyway.
What did you study or what kind of training did you receive? I have a university degree (Magister Artium: now Master) in the humanities, a postgraduate degree as a psychological counselor/coach, and am a licensed psychotherapist (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie) plus numerous academic, therapeutic, and coaching qualifications.
