Abdominal ultrasound - Liver cysts
A 69-year-old patient came to the university public clinic for an ultrasound of the kidneys but at ultrasound of the kidneys a cystic inclusion in the 7th segment of the liver was found and because before that time, by the words of patient, wasn’t find anything in the liver, a full-scale ultrasound of the abdomen was performed.
As a result 3 cysts are visualized in the liver: in the 3rd segment up to 4 mm, in the 5th segment up to 7 mm, and two-chamber (or 2 cyst near) in the 7th segment up to 2x1,4 cm.
