The Loupé and Microcosm are as powerful as they are different from one another. In this video, we look at combining them by feeding the Microcosm's hyper-rhythmic granular effects into the Loupé, which can chop the sound up beyond recognition. Some of the concepts explored here include 8th quantization, loop divisions and cycles, Multiply, Re-multiply, Scrolling/Windowing, Re-sampling, Insert, Replace, Feedback... and Zero Feedback.
