1st Exercise is Stepping Back cross-over Lunges, great for the butt.
2nd Exercise is Straight leg Deadlift, great for hamstring and good for butt.
3rd Exercise is Chair step ups, good for legs and butt.
Try 3 sets of 10-15 reps.
