In this video, I am just expressing my thoughts and feelings about my struggles with anxiety, loneliness and having a lack of friends.

If you’re looking for support in navigating tinnitus, anxiety, OCD, or life’s challenges in general, I offer 1:1 online peer support sessions. These are safe, informal conversations grounded in lived experience, designed to help you feel less alone in what you're going through. Please note that this is not therapy or medical advice.

Supporting others is something I care deeply about — I work full-time and offer content freely on my YouTube channel, so these sessions are a way to connect more personally and sustainably with those looking for one-on-one space. The session fee reflects my time, presence, and commitment to showing up fully for you.

If you'd like to connect, feel free to reach out to me at [email protected] for more information or to book a session. This is a paid peer support service with a warm, personal approach. I look forward to connecting with you. 💛

About Me:
I first experienced tinnitus in 2020, and it completely took over my life. I felt hopeless, terrified, and convinced I’d never enjoy life again. I also live with OCD and the anxiety that stems from it, so I know how overwhelming it can all feel.

These days, my tinnitus comes and goes — a reminder that it can be temporary. Through self-work, nervous system support, mindset shifts, and a “no big deal” attitude, I’ve found more peace. Slowing down, finding meaning, and focusing on joy changed everything.

This channel is here to share hope, honest reflections, and practical tools that have helped me. I’m not offering medical advice or quick fixes — just real talk from lived experience.

If you're struggling with tinnitus, anxiety, OCD, or just the chaos of life, I hope this space reminds you that you’re not broken, not alone — and that things really can get better. 💛 This is not therapy — just a safe, supportive space from someone who gets it.
