FORGE 2847 and below you use the universal.jar and rename it to modpack.jar. Then put it into bin directory/folder
NEW FORGE AKA Anything past 2847 meaning all the 285X versions you NEED the installer and rename that to modpack.jar. Then put it into bin directory/folder
