Ryzen Master Won't Open in Radeon Software Fix
Try this;
1. Uninstall Ryzen Master & your Chipset Drivers.
2. Go into regedit Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services and look for AMDRyzenMasterDriverV## folders, right click and delete them.
3. Reinstall chipset drivers, reboot.
4. Reinstall Ryzen Master. Attempt to run it, if it ever fails to start again, delete the regedit folder and reboot.
If you have done any windows services optimizations, the 'Workstation' service needs to be on automatic.

I've had this issue triggered when updating recent chipset or GPU drivers without reinstalling ryzen master after the driver updates. So basically you want your drivers installed first, followed by Ryzen master and another reboot.
I believe the reason Ryzen master even messed up in the first place(today) is because they are trying to do CPU+GPU integration into the latest Radeon 21.9.1 drivers, so after doing the steps above I had my 5600x appear in Radeon 21.9.1 under the tuning tab with a Ryzen master shortcut when it was not there prior to fixing Ryzen master from running properly.
This should still be applicable to anyone having issues beyond 21.9.1 as well, , mainly use DDU to wipe the drivers, then follow the steps in comments to delete old Ryzen master registry entries,, reinstall the latest Chipset followed by the latest Radeon drivers as of whichever date you're watching & reboot.
