BROWN DERBY COCKTAIL RECIPE
This take on the bourbon sour is widely considered a brunch cocktail. Swap out bottomless mimosas for this sophisticated combination of bourbon, grapefruit, lemon & simple syrup.
BROWN DERBY
1½ oz bourbon
1 oz grapefruit juice
½ oz honey
1 tsp lemon juice
Garnish: grapefruit twist
Shake ingredients over ice until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with grapefruit twist.
