Today's video will show you how to disable a service that runs in the background of Windows Vista. Now there are some aspects of your system Windows Vista takes for granted, this one in particular assumes you have more than 1 gigabyte of memory. In doing so, it creates a superfetch copy of your programs for quicker access and load times. Note that this is NOT a bad service, but the problem is that the service itself requires memory to hold onto these superfetched applications. So, in a nutshell, if your system has only 1 gigabyte of memory or less - it's a good idea to disable this service. If your system has more than 1 gigabyte, leave it be.
