One, it's the cheapest Royal Enfield on the market right now. And that's no accident. Royal Enfield wanted to create a motorcycle that would draw in people who generally perceived Enfield's either as too large or as too expensive.
Two, to make it smaller in size and feel, Royal Enfield also went to 17-inch wheels for the first time. This dramatically reduces the size of the machine when you stand next to it. It also makes it more nimble to steer and makes the bike feel lighter and more controllable for new riders.
