Did not expect this to have a sequel? This may be the same elevator, but with different people. And like the first one, somebody passed gas while waiting for their destined floor. Chaos seem to ensue since the stench is so bad, they started panicking. But they did not think who started it, so it is up to you to make the best guesses in the video.
