Salt Lake City Showcase Utah 2023. Xceleration VBC
This is our daughters last season of travel volleyball. So I better document some of out travels together. She is senior in high school and with a new volleyball team out of Martinez, Ca called Xceleration.
This is our second tournament but our first one out of state.
We are headed Utah to play in the Salt Lake City Showcase in the 18 division. Left Sacramento California and arrived looking at beautiful covered snow top mountains at a cool 20 degrees in salt lake city.
We stayed at hyatt regency which was conveniently connected to the Convention center where the tournament was located.
Unfortunately there wasn't enough time to explore the city, but here are a few pictures of the surrounding area.
After the first two days of the tournament, they survived their pool for a place in the Gold Division competition, but fell short on the third day against Vancouver, WA, Aspire VBC. Here are a few highlights of the tournament.
