How to use JavaScript Math when writing expressions?
Expressions are in after effects to help us do things easily. If you go to the after effects expression language menu, you can see there’s a separate section with all JavaScript math functions. You can go home earlier if you know how to use these match functions.
For example:
You can generate random numbers for a property using the random() method. If you want to round random numbers you can use Math. round JavaScript function.
EX: If we add random for source text property on a text layer:
a=random(150)
