google photos brand account error

here is a screencast of the issues I have with downloading photos from my brand account : Subtle Photography
my email is: [email protected]
I can download 1 photo at a time
I can NOT download 2 or more photos at a time.
it tries to create a zip file then fails due to permission issues.
no problem downloading photos from my personal photos account.
You can see downloading works fine in my personal google photos account.
I can download one photos from the brand accuont BUT fails if 2 or more...
