A smoothed brown noise track combined with high-beta and gamma wave isochronic tones, for to improve focus. Designed for use with the widely used Pomodoro Technique time management method. The Pomodoro Technique follows the principle of working in short 25-minute sessions, followed by a 5-minute break.

Each 25-minute session is referred to as a Pomodoro (Italian for tomato). The technique was coined by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s, after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student.
5-Minute breaks and alarm notifications
A notification alarm is played at the end of each 25-minute segment to let you know it's time for a 5-minute break. Then, at the end of the break, another alarm sounds to signal that it's time to resume the next work session.
During the 5-minute breaks, the isochronic tones stop, and the brown noise volume is reduced to 30%.

How does it work?
Use this isochronic tones session as a study aid or to help you complete a task and get things done more quickly and efficiently.
This is a brainwave entrainment audio session using beta wave isochronic tones, designed to increase focus and concentration.
Both ears start at 10Hz, which gradually ramps up until the 15-minute mark. At this stage, the right ear (left brain hemisphere) receives 40Hz for 5 minutes, and the left ear (right brain hemisphere) receives 14Hz. This cycle is then repeated 9 times over the 1-hour 55-minute track.
Headphones/Earbuds Are Required
As this session stimulates each ear with a different frequency, you do need to wear headphones/earbuds to get the full effect. To find out more about this type of split-hemisphere stimulation, check out my article here: https://www.mindamend.com/brainwave-e....
What Volume?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with.

How should you use this?
The Pomodoro Technique follows the principle of working in short 25-minute sessions, then taking a break before continuing for another 25 minutes, etc. This enables you to cut out distractions, hyper-focus, and get things done in short bursts.
It's recommended that you take a 3-5 minute break before starting a new session, to help you relax and give your mind a rest. Once you've completed 4 sessions, it's recommended that you take a longer break of 15-30 minutes.
