CLAAS Axion 820 Hexashift - INA Fead System Replacement
The tractor used for this INA FEAD clinic is a CLAAS Axion 820 produced in 2013, fitted with air conditioning, front PTO and no trailer air brake system. In this video, the technician was working on a level surface with the handbrake applied and the battery isolated as a safety precaution.
The tractor had begun to display some signs of vibration and noise in the front-end auxiliary drive (FEAD) This could be caused by excess wear on one or more of the FEAD system components.
After inspection, the noise appeared to be originating from the compressor clutch pulley.
Therefore it was decided to replace all FEAD components as supplied in INA FEAD KIT no.
